Initial feasibility study followed by detailed action plan. The primary task was then to capture the knowledge and details of the processes. The training of the new staff and phased migration of tasks and responsibilities was followed by parallel testing and completion of a redundancy program.

Results

Full transfer of all processes and responsibilities and closure of European office was achieved in six months.
