Acquired two businesses for AIM listed group to form a B2B channel marketing division servicing the technology & telecoms industry.

Task

Identified and conducted negotiations with two successful and complementary businesses; led all commercial, legal and financial due diligence; completed acquisitions, and arranged over £4m of institutional and bank funding.

Result

The new division became the group’s most profitable division and contributed £1.1m pre-tax profit in 2010 growing 35% in two years.
